Refund Policy

Jahn's AutoMonet sells digital software products, SaaS subscriptions, downloadable software assets, and related technical digital products.

Digital product delivery

Most products are delivered electronically through web-app access, license keys, download links, or email-based delivery. No physical goods are shipped.

Refund eligibility

We may provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Accidental duplicate purchase
  • Checkout or delivery error
  • Customer did not receive access to the purchased product
  • The product materially differs from the published description
  • First-time SaaS subscription purchase where the customer requests cancellation and refund within 7 days of the initial purchase

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined in the following cases:

  • The customer has substantially used or downloaded the product
  • The refund request is made after the stated refund window
  • The request relates to a feature or outcome that was not promised in the product description
  • The account shows abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited usage
  • The product was purchased for resale, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing

SaaS subscriptions

Customers may cancel a SaaS subscription before the next billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

How to request a refund

Email support@automonet.jahn.ai with:

  • Order email address
  • Product name
  • Order ID or receipt number, if available
  • Reason for the refund request

We usually respond within 2 business days.

Payment processor

Payments, receipts, taxes, and checkout records may be handled by the hosted checkout provider. Refunds may be processed through the same provider used for the original purchase.
